Do you provide towels?
Yes all towels are provided.
Do you provide a hair dryer or will I need to take my own?
Yes, a hair dryer can be found in the master bedroom (located in the top drawer of one of the storage units).
What time is reception open until?
Reception opening hours are:
Monday: 8.30am to 7.00pm
Tuesday to Friday: 8.30am to 7.00pm
Saturday: 10.30am to 7.00pm
Out with these hours a duty manager is available by means of calling our main telephone number, 0845 270 0090 and selecting the option to be connected.
If I am arriving after reception closes, what should I do?
On your confirmation e-mail, you will find instructions for our automated express check-in. If you have not received these instructions, please call 0845 270 0090
How far is The Spires from the Airport?
Aberdeen – Approximately 15 minutes in a taxi
Birmingham – A ten minute train journey to New Street Station then 5 minutes on foot or by taxi.
Glasgow – 10 minutes in a taxi
How close is The Spires to the town centre?
Aberdeen – about a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive
Birmingham & Glasgow are located in the heart of the city centre
Do you accept Pets?
No, unfortunately we do not allow Pets.
Do you provide extra beds and cots for children?
Yes, and this is free of charge (a maximum of one cot and one z-bed per suite)
What internet is available in the suites?
All our apartments have a wireless internet connection, tickets can be purchased in denominations of 24 hours, 7 nights or 1 month (prices for which are £10.00, £30.00 and £60.00) on-line once you have checked into your apartment.
What is the £250.00 weekend security deposit for?
It is to cover any potential damages during your stay with us. This will be returned to you once the room is inspected on the following Monday, provided you have not breached the terms of use for your suite.
Can we smoke in your suites?
No, all our suites are strictly non smoking. An excess cleaning charge will be applied to your account if there is evidence of smoking in the suite.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we request an early check in or late check out?
Answer :This depends on our availability. You can contact us the day prior to your arrival and we would be able to check this for you.
I have a late flight, would I be able to leave my luggage somewhere?
Yes, if you are checking out on a Monday to Saturday, you can leave your luggage at reception. Unfortunately we cannot store luggage on a Sunday.
What do I do with my keys if I am checking out before the office is open?
You may take advantage of the express check out procedure and leave your keys in one of our key drop boxes
