Central heating is provided in all apartments and is controlled from the boiler unit located in the kitchen. Temperature can be changed using the twist dial on each radiator. The heating system operates automatically three times a day. Below, you'll find the heating schedule:
Monday - Friday:
05:30 to 07:00
14:00 to 15:30
18:00 to 21:00
Weekend:
08:30 to 10:30
15:00 to 16:00
18:00 to 22:00
Your boiler has been set to automatic mode, and manual control is not recommended to prevent heating issues. If the heating schedule is inconvenient for you, kindly contact the Reception, and we will ensure that our team member adjusts the settings to accommodate your needs.
The fuse box is in your hall cupboard. In the unlikely event of a power outage, the fuse box can be checked for trips and if required, reset. Caution is advised and if you are unsure, please contact Reception or the Duty Manager.
The showers in the apartment will either be electric or use heated water from the boiler.
If there is a red switch outside the bathroom you will need to switch this on before using the shower. If there is not a red switch your shower will work automatically when you turn it on.
