Apartments are serviced once per week for stays of 7 nights or longer.
Servicing is done between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
If you wish to have a designated day for a service, please contact Reception to arrange this. Occasionally it may be necessary to vary these days due to operational requirements or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish to have an extra service during your stay this can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact reception should you wish to schedule this service.
You will find a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the back of your door. Please use this if you do not wish for your apartment to be cleaned. If at a later time you would like to reschedule this service, please contact Reception and we will be more than happy to accommodate this request.
