The Spires Edinburgh comprises of a total of 18 apartments with a selection of Studios, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom Triple and 2 Bedroom Plus apartments. All of our studios and apartments offer double or twin bed configuration, bathroom facilities (showers only), lounge and dining area, plus a fully fitted kitchen.
For larger families or groups, our 2 Bedroom Apartment Plus provides accommodation for 6, complete with 2 bathrooms (showers only), and open plan lounge and dining area.

Edinburgh Visitor Levy
If you are planning to stay in Edinburgh on or after 24 July 2026, and you book your stay on or after 1 October 2025, a 5% visitor levy charge may be added to your accommodation cost.
All stays in paid, overnight accommodation in Edinburgh are liable for the levy. This includes tourists, people staying for work or visiting the city for other reasons. This includes UK and Scottish residents.
